     Eclipse Music Company’s professional disc jockeys are responsible for creating the right mood while keeping everything organized during your reception, and ceremony to ensure a smooth wedding day. Below are some guidelines which all of Eclipse Music Company DJ’s adhere to:


     We provide total coordination with your event facility. How? We gather final information early. We communicate four to six weeks prior to your event date to discuss song lists (must plays or don’t plays as well as your desired atmosphere), so your disc jockey can make arrangements to have important music and lighting.


     We discuss final details which include: Going over your timeline, and confirming that timeline with the facility and vendors to insure the proper flow of food service, and photo moments. We will also be discussing name pronunciations of all people being introduced throughout your event.
At Eclipse Music we recognize the importance of cocktail and dinner music ahead of time. Many disc jockeys consider cocktails and dinner “throw-away” time, which is not a clear way of thinking. Cocktail and dinner may be the perfect time to work in those non-dance favorites or play music for your older guests that may leave early. We offer creative disc jockeys that can turn dinner into a memorable experience.


     Our DJ’s are professional emcee’s and use state of the art gear and set-up before your guests arrive, even if you are hiring musicians for cocktail and/or dinner. Your disc jockey will usually be implementing your timeline, handling announcements (i.e.: introductions, toasts and general information).
